Norm Friesen's "PBLA: Claims and Controversies"

Professor Norm Friesen (Wikipedia entry here, blog here) sat in on an open chat at BC TEAL, took notes, and gave this talk in Manitoba last month.

If you are questioning the validity of PBLA, if you are feeling demoralized, if you are being called a whiner and complainer, if you have been reprimanded at work for speaking out, this presentation is worth 28 minutes of your life a thousand times over.

  2. Thank you for posting it. I wonder if it could be posted on the PBLA facebook page, as that would be a way for many people to view it. Just an idea.

    1. I would love it if someone would copy the link and paste it over there as a post or in the comments section of a related post. By the way, a very healthy discussion got rolling in the comments of the TESL Ontario Blog this week. --K
