Here in Alberta, there ...What do you think of this? Here in Alberta, there are 25% budget cuts on average at each LINC provider. People are having hours cut or being 'laid off" with no severance. One provider has really been 'creative '. It is requiring instructors to re-apply for their jobs. In the real world, we are misclassified as contractors and people are being wrongfully dismissed since employees should be receiving severance in both cases.
